Tom Davidson rescued after MOB tragedy
Tom Davidson was saved by a passing jet-skier yesterday after a solo MOB accident which left him adrift in shark-infested waters with a severed leg. Davidson had been fishing alone in the back creeks near Angelfish and Broad Creek when, in the process of fighting a fish near some rocks, he accidentally overpowered his boat and was thrown over board. The boat circled back and severed his femur and sciatic nerve in his right leg, leaving him in desperate straits. It was only divine intervention that put a jet skier in his vicinity to make a save.
